I did not get a 1099-R but I made a hardship withdrawal. What do I do now?
From what? If a 401(k) or similar retirement account in 2019 then a 1099-R was required by law to be issued no later then Jan31, 2020. If you did not receive it then contact the plan trustee for a copy.
