I am working on 2016 how do I pull 2015 data to help fill out

Should be automatic - Provided you are doing Turbotax on the same machine you did it last year.  I will ask you when you install 2016 and start 2016 if you want to upload data from 2015.  I believe if you know where that file is stored, you can highlight that file when starting a new return.
