What do you mean by "fill the W-2"? A W-2 is a form that you get from your employer that shows your income and taxes that were withheld. You don't fill out the W-2, your employer fills it out.
If you were retired all year, and did not work at all, then you don't get a W-2. If you did get a W-2 from your employer, then you have to enter it in your tax return.
