I am filling in the boxes from our 1099-R. Box 9a. shows 0% and 9b. is blank. TurboTax will not allow me to continue without these filled in. What do I need to do?

As my husband was leaving one job for another, his previous employer was switching Trustees for their 401K & savings plans. I don't know if the new Trustee had this information or how I can find it out.
9a. is Your % Total Distr.
9b. is Total Employee Contribution.

If the 1099-R you received has box 9a with a 0% and 9b is blank, then leave box 9a blank
