I am filing my taxes in the TurboTax app and came to a part asking for my alimony contributions and divorce date but I’m not divorced and it won’t allow me to skip it.

You must have answered something incorrectly in My Info. Click your name in My Info and go back through those screens. It is going to ask if you were married in 2023---or if you were divorced, etc. Correct the way you answered.
