I am eligible for stimulus check, but still didn't get a payment. What should I do? Who should I contact?

I know I am eligible- i filed married filing seperate, make less than allowed amount, and filed 2019 taxes via turbotax( so IRS do have my direct deposit info). What else is required to be eligible?
