I am a navy veteran on temporary disability retirement, and I have money from my GI bill. Neither are taxable. Do I need any forms confirming this? Lost and very confused

No, quite the opposite.  If you don't get any forms like 1099s or W2s then you are more likely not to have reportable income.  For example, you will not get any forms from the VA for your disability so it does not get reported anywhere on your tax returns.
