how to report a total distribution on a non-qualified fixed annuity of which only a portion is taxable, sourced from after tax monies

This was reported on a 1099-R. Turbo Tax keeps going in a loop. There is no option to choose non-qualified fixed annuity. The 1099-R sections only offers the choices of -a 403(b) plan or a -qualified other retirement plan
