How to enter the SSA Payer's ID for desktop version?

I'm using the Windows version of TurboTax and I also cannot find where to enter the SSA Payer's ID and there isn't anyplace else to look!

There is no payer ID for Social Security. You are trying to enter it in the wrong place.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.
