How to designate a Roth IRA contribution already made for 2018 as a Spousal Contribution? I did not make enough $$, but my wife made enough for both of our contributions

How to designate a Roth IRA contribution already made for 2018 as a Spousal Contribution? I did not make enough $$, but my wife made enough for both of our contributions
An IRA contribution is an IRA contribution. You do not specify "spousal" on the IRS forms. "Spousal IRA" is an informal term, meaning you qualified with "backdoor income"
