How do you enter 1099Q into TurboTax that is a direct trustee to trustee rollover of a 529 plan to Roth IRA (See IRS Pub 970 p. 53)?

Keep a copy with your tax file, but do not enter the 1099-Q.

It is a non-reportable non-taxable transaction.
