This is on a gross distribution form. Reported by Fidelity. This is not a taxable event, but IRS indicates it does need to be reported.

Ignore the error message from TurboTax that suggest that this Form 1099-R has anything to do with a Roth conversion. The message is the result of a programming error in the online version of TurboTax and everyone who has done such a rollover is getting the same bogus message. Ignoring the message will have no effect on your tax return.
