How do I properly enter my 1099-R form?

I took out money from an existing 401k and rolled it over into another 401k when I changed jobs in March of 2016.

You just enter the information from your 1099-R paper form exactly as it is into Turbotax. To enter it, type   1099-R    into the search box, click Find, then click Jump to.
When Turbotax asks you if you did the rollover to a ROTH IRA,  answer No. And that is all you have to do.
