How do I input withholdings from my social security.

i have filed but then saw that I am missing the tax withholdings from my 1040.

You had federal withholding from  Social Security on the SSA-1099 box 6?  The IRS might catch it and add it in for you.  Wait and see what happens.  Then you can amend.

You should not amend until the first return has fully processed and you get the first refund or your tax due payment has cleared.
