How do I include post doc grant income without a 1099-*?

My wife has been getting paid via a grant, for her post doc. 

She has not recieved any tax forms, no w-2, 1099 or anything.

  • Scroll down to LESS COMMON INCOME
  • Choose MISCELLANEOUS INCOME from the sub-topic list, Start/Revisit
  • OTHER INCOME NOT ALREADY REPORTED ON A FORM W-2 OR FORM 1099, Start/Revisit
