How do I get SSA-1099 form?

A Form SSA-1099 is received from the Social Security Administration sometime in January.

You can sign out and return at a later date.  Just remember your user ID and password so you can access your account and pick up where you left off.  Click on Sign Out in the bottom left corner of the screen.
