How do I find my 1099r form for [name removed] for 2016?

TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099.  It would have W-2 and Form 1099 worksheets that included the tax data from the forms that were entered.  The worksheets would be included in the PDF of the tax return in the tax year the return was completed.  

Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

A Wage and Income Transcript from the IRS will contain the information from your 1099-R, but not in the format of the actual form. The transcript is free. Go to the following link on the IRS web site to get a transcript. You want a Wage and Income Transcript, not a Tax Return Transcript.
