I dont have a 1099-R

You should get a 1099R soon. Or you might have to go on the plan's web site to get it. You need to enter the 1099R.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

You will have to contact the plan administrator to get the Form 1099-R. They must provide the form to you for tax year 2023 if you made a withdrawal from the plan.
