After entering one just press the "add another 1099-R button".

This is not a problem, but first, be sure you do not have a corrected version of the previous statement.

If you're in the Online version you will go to:

Federal
Wages & Income
Scroll to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R)
Get ready to be impressed Continue
Select Change how I enter my form
Select Type it myself
Select Box Financial Institution or other providers (1099-R) Continue
Enter the information for the first 1099-R.
After completing the questions it will come back to a summary. Review your 1099-R info
Select Add another 1099-R
You can post the additional 1099-R even if it has the same TID
