How do I enter a 1099-QA

You can type   1099-QA   into the search and get a "Jump to 1099-QA" link 

or 

Go under the "Other Tax Situations" section

Scroll down and select Miscellaneous tax forms

Select the last option "Additional taxes and repayments"

Answer "Yes" to "Any Other Taxes?" 

Continue through the interview screens

The fourth screen is titled "ABLE account distribution included in income"

Continue the interview

NOTE- You will only be required to enter the amount of a distribution that was used for something other than support of a disabled person.

Distributions used as support are not taxable and not reported on your tax return.
