How do i delete my duplicated 1099R form?

To delete the duplicate 1099-R:

Click My Account (Top right of your screen).
Select Tools.
In the pop up window, select Topic Search.
In the search bar, type in 1099r.
Highlight it and select GO.
On the Your 1099-R Entries screen, click Delete next to the duplicate.
