When you land on that screen you can say that you have no W-2's.

You can enter your other retirement income on other screens.

Go to Federal> Wages & Income>>Retirement Plans and Social Security (SSA1099 and 1099RRB) to enter your SSA1099.

To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.

Did you retire in 2021 or 2020? Maybe one transferred from last year and is still waiting for you to fill it in. You should delete it.
