That will depend on what kind of 1099 she has. There are over a dozen kinds. Does she have a 1099NEC? SSA1099? 1099R? 1099DIV? 1099B? etc etc etc.
Generally, you can use the magnifying glass to search the 1099 form by using "1099-" then include the letters after the hyphen showing on the form you received. A Jump to link should appear in the results of the search and clicking on it will take you to the screen to enter that form. If you have already entered a form with the same identifier, the link will take you to the summary screen and you can click Add Another 1099-xxx to enter the additional form. TurboTax will ask you through the interview questions who the form belongs to and you can identify your spouse as long as you have already added your spouse to the Personal Info section of your return.
