How do I add info from 1099 G State Form

It's state or local income tax refunds for 2016
If I don't need to add it, great.
If I do, where and how?

To report State or Local Tax Refunds on Form 1099-G go to: Federal Tax tab (Personal depending on version) > Wages & Income (Personal Income depending on version) > Other Income Tax > Show More > Refunds Received for State/Local Tax Returns > Start/Revisit.
