If you received a 1099-R, you can enter it in TurboTax. If you did a trustee-to-trustee rollover (you did not receive a check), you will not get a 1099-R and you do not have to report it on your tax return.
See Rollovers of Retirement Plan and IRA Distributions.
I did a trustee to trustee rollover of my 401k and I still received a form 1099r do I need to report it?
A rollover from a 401(k) to an IRA always requires a Form 1099-R and is required to be reported.
