It tells me if I'm single, HOH, or a qualifying widow and line E is more than 25,000.00 that it may be tax able. I am HOH but line E is smaller than 25,00.00 what do I do?

Ignore the worksheet on the back of your SSA-1099. If you file a tax return, you must report the SSA-1099 whether it is taxable or not. Just enter it into Turbotax in the correct place and Turbotax will calculate whether any of it is taxable or not. If none of it is taxable, then it will show on your tax return but not affect your tax.
