Yes, you pay taxes on income. However, you do not need to pay self-employment tax if you were not actively looking to earn the money. You should not have a sch C on your return.

Can't get my W2 from fedex. Fedex gave me pamphlet for The Work Number to get my employment information but turbo tax will accept the report that was generated, Help?
