Automatic withdrawal of federal taxes didn't go through, how do I resubmit?

I guess I submitted the wrong account number.  How do I change the account number so I can pay what I owe in?

Go back to your return and under the "File" tab, go through the screens to get the bank information and correct your input.

This isn't working for me.  When I'm at the "File" tab it shows everything as accepted and the only option is to click "Continue" at the bottom, which takes me out of my return.
