Form 8606 Line 13

Can I change specifics fields on Form 8606? I am reviewing my return and noticed line 13 has an amount, but lines 11-12 are blank. The calculations that follow up to line 18 create a large taxable amount, which should not be there. How can I fix this?

you change Form 8606 by selecting the correct options for your actions and answering the follow-up questions properly.

TurboTax Online does not allow direct access to forms.

Thanks for your response. I went back and double checked all the options in this section, but that incorrect number is still being added on line 13. I believe at some point, I entered incorrect data, but then went back and corrected it; unfortunately, the original number is still there. I even removed my IRA entries altogether, and re-entered my 1099-R details. What else can I do?
