Forgot to file two SSA-1099?

Was your filing Accepted? Come back at the end of March when the 1040-X amended return form is available here. But there's a possibility that the IRS will catch it themselves and adjust accordingly.

If you have already filed your return and it has been accepted by the IRS, then you will need to amend your return in order to include the SSA-1099 in the event that it may be up to 85% taxable income.
