I forgot to put in the amount for my roth IRA.  This will not change my refund, but how do I file the correction?

No, you don't have to amend the tax return to report your Roth contributions. They don't change your return, as you have correctly noticed. In fact, you would only enter them in TurboTax so that we can keep track of your contributions for you, in case you take them out before you reach age of 59 and 1/2.  Otherwise, it's not mandatory at all.
