Boxes 12a-d on your W-2 have nothing to do with your contributions to an IRA/Roth IRA.
You may have contributions to a 401k/Roth 401k......or 403b....or 457 account showing in box 12, but none of those are IRA's. You enter those values in the software W-2 forms...and Nowhere Else.
The IRA/Roth IRA contributions area on the Deductions&Credits page is for contributions you made to an IRA/RothIRA ….separately-outside of any employer plan you have in some separate account you set up yourself.
