For claiming the stimulus money, I've seen that it should ask you after other tax situations, but its not coming up nor I can find it. Does this mean I cannot claim it?

I do qualify for the stimulus checks and did not receive either.

The TurboTax program will ask about stimulus payments in the Federal Review section of the program.

You have to enter your personal information in the My Info section and then complete the Wages & Income section, the Deductions & Credits section and then the Other Tax Situations section, in that order.
