Filing Roth IRA and a TSP Roth?

I had a regular roth before I joined the military, so now I have a tsp roth along side it. I heard that you can have and contribute to both, so that's what I've been doing but how exactly am I supposed to file them? My tsp also had a bit going into the traditional when I first joined, before I switched my contributions to roth.

Roth IRA contributions are entered into TurboTax as Roth IRA contributions under Deductions & Credits while the TSP contributions are reported with code AA in box 12 of your W-2 and are entered only in box 12 of TurboTax's W-2 form.  (The federal TSP is not an IRA.)
