How do i enter info for a 1099-Q

have turbo tax premier 

when I do as directed I am sent to 1099-qa

Enter the 1099-Q in the Education section under Deductions & Credits. 

In the TurboTax program, click Federal, Deductions & Credits, Scroll down to "Education", Click Show More.

Click Start next to "ESA and 529 qualified tuition programs (Form 1099-Q)"
