Do i need to report a 1099 B for a traditional IRA when i have not withdrawn anything?

i was issued a 1099 form regarding my IRA account. I have not withdrawn anything from it. Do i sill need to report the monetary amounts listed on it?

Earnings in a Traditional IRA account are tax-deferred. You do not report this form 1099-B on your tax return.
