sorry, after I input my question I got an error message that the TurboTax site was no longer active, so I did this quick one and it worked Then I re-typed my real question and got an answer already. Thanks though

Why does my tax file from the previous year download as a "corrupted" or "damaged" file? I have spent hours trying every recommended to fix it, it still doesn't work.
