Yes, enter it as income.

Go to Federal Taxes->Wages & Income->Retirement Plans and Social Security, then click on Show More and select "Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099)".

Proceed through the interview. TurboTax will automatically compute what part of your Social Security income (if any) is taxable.
