No, it doesn't.
IF the software interview is needing a TIN for your SS form, then you are entering it in the wrong place.
Get out of that form and delete it......it is probably a 1099-R for regular pensions or IRAs, and not for an SSA-1099.
There is a specific section on the Wages&Income page for SSA-1099 forms. Look for it there again.
It indicates: "Social Security (SSA-1099, RRB-1099 )"
