Yes,  Missouri Public School Retirement System (PSRS) is a qualified plan under Internal Revenue Code Section 401(a).

 

The Public School Retirement System of Missouri (PSRS) provides lifetime retirement benefits for Missouri public school teachers and other qualified individuals who work for covered employers.
