Do we have to report money in a IRA if we did not cash any out.

My husband has had these for a few years and I did not report them last year (our first year married). He doesn't add to them nor has cashed any out. Just wondered if they have to be reported on our taxes every year.

No, you don't have to report the value of your IRAs each year. Only the actual contributions/distributions are reported.
