Do I need to report traditional IRA and ROTH IRA reinvested dividends as "contributions" in TurboTax?

No. Dividends from securities held in an IRA (traditional or Roth) that are reinvested within the IRA are not contributions. You do not report the dividends on your tax return. You should not have received a Form 1099-DIV for dividends within an IRA.
