Do I need to include 1099-R forms if I e-file? If so how do I?

I know how to enter the numbers from my 1099-R but my question is do I need to include  a copy of the 1099-R if I e-file?

No, but keep them in a safe place.

That's one of the benefits of efiling.  Nothing to Mail in except your check if you owe.
