If that is all of your other taxable income besides the Social Security benefits reported to you on a SSA-1099 then you do not need to file a 2022 tax return. Unless you had federal taxes withheld from the benefits then you should file to get a refund.
People only on SS sometimes file (but not often). But rather than us asking you 20 questions, why don't you go to this IRS Interactive Tax Assistant and get the answer there?
