Do I need to enter my wife's 1099-G, too?

Does it all go on the same page "State and Local tax Refund"?
This is the first year we're we're married, and it surprises me that Turbo Tax doesn't say "enter your information, now enter your wife's information".
It seems like some stuff is like that (W2) and other stuff isn't (1099-G).

Yes! Exactly!! Please update so others don't have to deal with this in the future...@macuser_22 and yet it is still an issue.

@luke4200 you are tagging onto an out of date 2 year old question.

Yes you can record your spouse's Form 1099-G tax refund using TurboTax.

You add her refund as a second line item.

If you have already started your return,

  1. Select the TurboTax "Search" button located near the top right of your screen
  2. Type "1099-g" into the search box
  3. Select "Jump to 1099-g" from the dropdown results
  4. On the “Did you have any of these types of income?” screen, select “Yes” if you did. TurboTax will request the required data about your refund on a series of screens. Press “Continue” after you have input your information. Based on your situation, TurboTax will determine if all or some of your refund is taxable this year
  5. When you return to the "State and Local Tax Refund Summary" screen, click "Add Another State or Local Tax Refund" and enter the additional refund received.

Unfortunately when the 1099-G forms are from the same state, you cannot simply just add another line item. You will receive an error message stating the state or locality has been entered. Is there another solution rather than adding everything together? Was hoping it would be set up like the w-2 section where it addresses each person's information.
