Do I have to claim inheritance? I received two 1099-R's

As I said, it doesn't matter which box you mark.  For simplicity you can just indicate that it was all RMD and that it was the entire RMD required.

Do I have to claim inheritance? I received two 1099-R's

I inherited an IRA (Roth & Traditional) from my brother and then withdrew some funds. Do I enter those 1099-R's on my taxes or on the tax return I will file as the voluntary administrator of his estate?

Distributions paid to you personally, reported on a Form 1099-R with your name and Social Security Number,  go on your own individual tax return.  Distributions paid to a beneficiary other than the estate of the decedent have nothing to do with the estate.
