We are a family of 3 Husband is on SSDI -retirement early, I work for IHSS our son is severely disabled 35 yrs. old and living with us in California, that's my only income. Usually we file MFJ as son as dependent. This is the first year that I didn't get a W2. IHSS exempt from tax in California now for live-in Am I suppose to at all in this case file a return , and if so , on my portion of the return asking for name etc. do still put my EIN ,with 0$ for wages ? I am so confused please help me...
