Desktop software is looping in personal income information. Cannot inter SSA-1099. How do I continue?

In entering personal income I cannot get past the 5 questions.  It keeps looping back to the first question.  "Did you receive a Form 2439 for 2021"

Click on Wages & Income at the top of the screen to get out of this loop
