Deducting QCD from IRA withdrawals

The line or place to enter QCDs (Qualified Charitable Deductions)has been moved to near the bottom of the form.  It has the bold title of Qualified Charitable Deductions .  Previously, it was near where you entered the withdrawal(s) from an IRA RO.  So SCROLL DOWN!
