address conflict on 1099R form

If your address on form 1099-R is not your current address, it is not important as the IRS can identify you by your name and SSN. Just enter the form 1099-R in your tax return.

Or is it saying the zipcode is wrong? If so, check the state. For example, Arizona should be AZ (not AR).
